ICAT was conceptualized in 1992 as a Joint Stock Company established by the Egyptian Entrepreneur Mr. Mohamed Moussa with a capital of 100 Million EGP.

ICAT’s specialization in the National “Mega Projects” of Egypt is in the roles of Facility Management, O.&M., Training Services, E.P.C. and Business Development in Water Sector.
